Luxury Escapes discovers fruit of the earth at Millbrook Winery

The Millbrook No Waste Monday has been featured in the recent Luxury Escapes article "We've Found Foodie Paradise in Western Australia". The article praises the fresh produce and award-winning wines of Western Australia, highlighting Millbrook's seasonal menu and 'no waste' policy.

The No Waste Monday menu utilises fresh, seasonal produce left over from the weekend lunch service. The menu consists of at least 3 courses created from an eclectic list of ingredients featuring fruit and veg from the 90-year-old heirloom vegetable garden and orchard.
