No Waste Pork Dinner

As the days lengthen and we step into the heart of spring, we are delighted to invite you to Millbrook Winery for an evening that is as meaningful as it is delicious. Our inaugural No Waste Pork Dinner is more than a dining event – it’s a celebration of provenance, sustainability, and the farm-to-fork philosophy that defines Millbrook.
Your evening begins at 5.30pm in our Cellar Door, where you’ll enjoy canapés alongside a glass of sparkling wine or beer. As the sun sets over the estate, we’ll move upstairs to the restaurant for a five-course dinner, thoughtfully created by the much-loved Chef Guy Jeffreys, returning to Millbrook for this special occasion.
This one-of-a-kind menu will honour the very first heritage-breed Berkshire pigs raised on the estate by our farm manager, Aaron Cairns. In true ‘No Waste’ style, every part of the animal will be respectfully showcased across the courses – a bold expression of flavour, sustainability, and a genuine connection to our land. Each dish will be paired with Millbrook wines, curated to elevate the experience and highlight the craft of our winemaking.
Seats are strictly limited to just 50 guests, ensuring this will be an intimate and memorable evening.
