The Millbrook restaurant features sweeping views of the surrounding jarrah forest and offers seasonal modern Australian fare to complement Millbrook’s award-winning wines. The frequently changing menu, which features ingredients sourced locally and as sustainably as possible, incorporates over 100 varieties of heirloom vegetables grown in the Millbrook garden, as well as stone fruit, citrus, figs, apples, herbs, free-range eggs, olives and honey
sourced from the estate.
