No Waste Monday: Garden tour, masterclass and lunch with Guy Jeffreys
Spend your Monday morning with Guy Jeffreys, the award-winning chef behind Millbrook’s no-waste philosophy.
Start with a 10:30am guided garden tour, picking fresh produce before returning for a hands-on preservation class, all while enjoying a complimentary glass of Millbrook wine. Then, sit down to a four-course shared lunch, crafted from the weekend’s remaining produce by our expert chefs. Not only is it excellent value, but the menu also showcases the creative abilities of our chefs, including Head Chef Gino Pannunzio and often features an eclectic list of ingredients.
12pm reservations head straight to lunch; later bookings can enjoy a wine tasting in our cellar door.
During the wet season, in place of the garden tour, enjoy an extended preservation class that will rotate each month. Topics include everything from preservation to pickling, fermentation, seed saving, and even bread-making.
Everything you make in the class will be yours to take home and enjoy.
With just one tour each Monday, spots are strictly limited.
