Widely recognised for his passion and talents, particularly in regard to his award-winning Viognier, Damian is also a judge at many wine shows around Australia.
Head Chef & Gardener
Guy has worked in some of WA’s most awarded restaurants, including Leeuwin Estate and Star Anise, but his desire to work in a restaurant that grows its own vegetables led him to Millbrook Winery in 2010. Guy grows his vegetables from seeds that have been saved from the previous year’s crop, cultivating the true paddock-to-plate philosophy. Guy’s innovative menu changes frequently and is a constant reflection of what is abundant and at its best in the garden, guaranteeing the diner a truly unique experience. In 2017, Guy was named as Chef of the Year by the West Australian Good Food Guide; a thoroughly-deserved plaudit for the commitment and passion he brings to the Millbrook kitchen.
John has been the Chief Viticulturist for the Fogarty Wine Group since 2002, overseeing the management of more than 350 hectares of premium vineyards throughout Western Australia, and buying fruit from over 65 growers. John’s interest in planting and training young vines is coupled with an ardent focus on innovation – wanting to give his winemakers the ability to create the best wines possible, he is constantly looking at ways to increase fruit quality. John has completed multiple degrees in viticulture and has an unmatched knowledge of some of the best vineyard sites across WA.
