So far this year the Millbrook Restaurant has not bought any fruit or vegetables! Our 90-year-old orchard and heirloom vegetable garden, which is grown from last years saved seeds, writes the menu for us. At the moment there is an abundance in the garden so we are busy preserving to get us through Spring - 'the hungry gap'.
