We are very excited to bring you one of Executive Chef Guy Jeffrey's favourite seasonal recipes so that you can create his fresh and vibrant dish at home.
The seasonality behind this recipe encapsulates the ethos at Millbrook Restaurant, and on the inspiration behind creating this dish, Guy said:
"Every year when the Regional Chenin Blanc is blended it’s the same time that the garden is heaving with asparagus and the chickens are laying profusely. What grows together goes together."
He also suggested, "Any eggs can be used for this recipe, so try duck or goose to add the 'cool factor'."
