Celebrating Millbrook Winery's 20th Year

Celebrating Millbrook Winery's 20th Year

This year Millbrook Winery turns 20. It’s a milestone, but we are just getting started. Join us as we celebrate our journey with a fabulous long table lunch in our ‘two hat’ restaurant.

On this very special occasion we are opening up our barrel hall, where your experience will commence with our Regional range paired against sumptuous canapes, created from the abundant produce of our one-acre vegetable garden. Add in soft, acoustic tunes by Ezereve – we have the makings of a great party.

From the barrel room, our celebration continues upstairs in the main restaurant where long tables will flank the dining room, allowing you to take in the sweeping views of the surrounding jarrah forest. If the winter cool has settled in, the fire is sure to be crackling away.

Our Millbrook star kitchen team, Executive Chef Guy Jeffreys and Head Chef Jamie Hembrow, have crafted a tantalising menu highlighting ingredients sourced locally and as sustainably as possible, once again incorporating our heirloom vegetables from the garden.

The mains courses of the day are each matched with vertical flights of Millbrook Estate Viognier and Millbrook Estate Shiraz Viognier. Senior Winemaker Adair Davies, will speak to the prestige of our signature Millbrook varieties, Northern Rhone varietals perfectly suited to our terroir.

No fine-dining experience is complete without dessert, with the cellar door relinquishing some of the very limited Pedro Ximenez to round out your experience. Millbrook’s solera system is in its 16th year, producing a wine that not only features complex, mature flavours, but a fresh crispness too. This highly sought-after wine is balanced with a dessert of rich chocolate. Delightful!

With special guests of past and present, wine sourced from deep within the cellar and a bespoke menu; this is a day not to miss.
