Celebrating Millbrook Winery's 20th Year

Celebrating Millbrook Winery's 20th Year

This year Millbrook Winery turns 20. It’s a milestone, but we are just getting started. Join us as we celebrate our journey with a fabulous long table lunch in our ‘two chef hats’ restaurant.

On this very special occasion we are opening up our barrel hall, where your experience will commence with our Regional wine range paired with sumptuous canapes, created from the abundant produce in our one-acre vegetable garden. Add in soft acoustic tunes by Ezereve and we have the makings of a great party.

From the barrel hall, our celebration continues upstairs in the restaurant where the long-table settings will allow you to take in the sweeping views of the surrounding jarrah forest. If winter has settled in, the fire is sure to be crackling away.

Our Millbrook star kitchen team, with Executive Chef Guy Jeffreys and Head Chef Jamie Hembrow, have crafted a tantalising menu highlighting ingredients sourced locally and as sustainably as possible – once again incorporating heirloom vegetables from our garden.

The main courses of the day are each matched with vertical flights of Millbrook Estate Viognier and Millbrook Estate Shiraz Viognier. Our Senior Winemaker, Adair Davies, will speak to the prestige of these signature Northern Rhône-style varietals which are perfectly suited to our terroir.

No fine-dining experience is complete without dessert, with the cellar door relinquishing some of the very limited Pedro Ximenes to round out your experience. Millbrook’s solera system is in its 16th year, producing a wine that not only features complex mature flavours but also a fresh crispness. This highly sought-after wine is balanced with a dessert of rich chocolate. Delightful!

With special guests from the past and present, wine sourced from deep within the cellar and a bespoke menu; this is a day not to miss!
