Millbrook Spring Lunch 2022
We have a definite spring in our step today as we announce that bookings are now open for the annual Millbrook Spring Lunch.
After an unusually cool winter, spring has arrived in full force at Millbrook. The sun is shining, flowers are beginning to bud, our vineyard is bursting with new shoots for the upcoming vintage and the birds are singing with a joyful enthusiasm. Most importantly, our estate garden and orchard are heaving with seasonal spring produce, which we cannot wait to share with you all.
Join us as we celebrate all that this new season offers.
Enjoy a canapé and glass of wine in the tasting room before being seated in the restaurant for a long lunch prepared by the award-winning team led by Executive Chef Guy Jeffreys and Head Chef Justin Wong. Each course will showcase the incredible seasonal produce from the Millbrook garden and will be paired with new release Millbrook wines.
Winemaker Emma Gillespie will be in attendance to talk you through these exceptional new releases, as well as provide a once in a lifetime sneak peek at some yet to be released red wines, with samples taken straight out of the barrel to your table.
