The signature element of every dish in the Millbrook restaurant is always the fresh seasonal vegetables and fruit from the estate garden. This abundance of produce, carefully tended by head chef & gardener Guy Jeffreys, means that vegetarian guests in the restaurant are superbly catered for.
We're delighted that this has now been recognised on a national scale, with Gourmet Traveller naming a Millbrook dish in its 'Ten of the Best' meals for vegetarians in Australia - an exciting and richly deserved accolade for Guy and his team.
In the same month, Qantas have identified Millbrook as one of The Best 8 Vegetarian Restaurants in Perth. While we're keen to point out that we still very much cater for omnivores too, we're thrilled that the fabulous vegetables and fruit from the Millbrook garden are now very much in the spotlight.
