Millbrook Winter Reds Dinner

We would like to invite you to join us for a wonderful winter's evening at Millbrook Winery for our annual Winter Reds event on Saturday 17 June 2023.
Embrace the cool, crisp June weather and celebrate the season’s offerings with canapés and a two-course dinner – all to go hand in hand with your favourite Millbrook red wines.
The evening will begin at 6.00pm at the Millbrook Cellar Door, with the dulcet tones of the Champagne Duo Agency, as you enjoy canapés inspired by the current seasonal produce grown in our Estate garden.
Be the first of our members to taste through some of our special new release red wines, including the rich 2021 Estate Shiraz Viognier, silky 2020 Single Vineyard Shiraz, crowd favourite 2022 Regional Grenache Shiraz Mourvèdre and more. Our Winemaker, Emma Gillespie, will also be there on the evening to take you through her winemaking ethos behind each range, as well as vintage insights and how she crafts each wine to best express varietal character.
At 7.30pm the evening will continue upstairs in the Millbrook Restaurant for a seated long table dinner where you will be taken on an unforgettable culinary journey, led by Executive Chef Guy Jeffreys and Head Chef Justin Wong. The seasonal menu will champion produce from the Millbrook Estate garden, impeccably matched with a range of our Estate wines. Finish your evening on a sweet note, with a decadent dessert matched with our Limited Release Pedro Ximénez.
We will be offering an exclusive wine offer over the course of the event, so continue to savour your evening and take a bottle (or two!) home with you.
