Recently crowned Gourmet Traveller's 2024 Western Australian Restaurant of the Year, we take pride in delivering unforgettable food and wine experiences. Now, we’re looking for a passionate Chef de Partie or Sous Chef to join our vibrant, close-knit kitchen team.
About the Role
Are you driven by a love for fresh, local ingredients and a desire to cook from scratch? Do you dream of working with seasonal produce harvested directly from the land where you work? If so, Millbrook offers an exceptional opportunity to grow with us:
- Five-day week with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off, ensuring work-life balance
- Primarily lunchtime service, with only 25 evening functions per year (weddings and special events)
- Access to a one-acre heirloom vegetable garden and estate-grown fruits, inspiring our evolving seasonal menu
- Collaborate with a creative and passionate culinary team to develop your career in the art of food
- Experience in pastry and bakery is essential

- Previous experience in a fine-dining or high-quality restaurant setting
- A team player with a proactive, “can-do” attitude
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for food and customer service
- Reliable transport
