Millbrook Winery is seeking an experienced and motivated Full-Time Chef de Partie to join our award-winning kitchen team. Located in the picturesque Perth Hills, our restaurant is renowned for its commitment to seasonal, estate-grown, and locally sourced produce.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated chef with strong all-round kitchen experience and a solid background in bakery and pastry. You will be part of a creative and professional team contributing to a high-quality, seasonal menu that reflects the best of our region.
About the Role

- Primarily lunchtime service, with only 25 evening functions per year (weddings and special events)

- Experience in pastry and bakery is essential
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a designated section during service
- Assist in daily kitchen operations and maintain high food standards
- Contribute to bakery and pastry preparation as required
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organisation, and food safety compliance
- Support the development of new dishes and seasonal menu changes
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure consistency and efficiency
Skills and Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Chef de Partie role or similar
- Confident in both savoury and pastry/bakery sections
- Strong understanding of modern and classical cooking techniques
- Excellent time management, attention to detail and teamwork
- Passion for seasonal cooking and sustainability
- Manual driver’s license is essential due to our remote location
