Millbrook is an acclaimed restaurant within a stunning winery and cellar door located in Jarrahdale, 50 minutes south-east of the Perth CBD and is part of the Fogarty Wine Group.

About the Role

Millbrook Winery is looking for enthusiastic hospitality and cellar door staff to join the team. The right applicants will have experience, passion and knowledge of great food and wine.

Millbrook operates Thursday to Monday for lunchtime restaurant service and Friday/Saturday evening events.

Duties and Responsibilities

Food & Beverage Attendants

  • Greeting and seating guests
  • Accurate food and wine order taking and processing
  • General waiting duties of both food and/or beverage including cleaning of tables
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Millbrook Winery products and services

Cellar Door Sales Assistants

  • Prompt and courteous service to customers
  • Conduct wine tastings and promote the full range of wines to customers
  • Process cellar door and online wine sales
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Millbrook Winery products and services
  • Actively market and promote all Millbrook Winery products and services
  • Maintain high standard of presentation, cleanliness and tidiness of cellar door and surrounds

 Skills & Experience

  • Experience working in a hospitality role
  • Cellar Door sales experience
  • Passionate about great food and wine
  • Exemplary customer service skills
  • Well presented with good communication skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Current RSA certificate
  • AHA Hospitality & Tourism COVID19 Hygiene Course certificate
  • Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination
  • Barista experience preferred
  • WSET qualification preferred

The positions are casual, however there is plenty of work available across all areas of our multi-faceted venue.
